Designated Mid Mod Communities

Mid Century Modern homes are scattered all over the Sacramento area, and there’s even some pockets of exclusively-built Mid Century Modern neighborhoods. Most of these homes were build post WWII between the 1950’s-1970’s. Carter Sparks made the designs for several thousand of these homes. Joseph Eichler built about 50 units while Streng Bros would build the majority of the rest. A number of one-off and full custom builds also exist within these neighborhoods.
